文献研究法。本文在大量查阅文献资料的基础上，对国内外中小企业供应链风险管理和风险预警方面的研究现状进行了分析和总结，发现中小企业供应链风险预警研究比较缺乏，特别是缺少对中小企业供应链风险的动态监控，在此背景下，形成本文的研究思路和框架。

定性和定量分析相结合的方法。对中小企业供应链风险预警指标体系的构建采取定性研究，选择粗糙集确定外部风险指标的权重，接着对中小食品企业供应链风险预警模型定量分析，最终确定供应链风险等级。

案例研究法。选取珠江啤酒集团供应链为研究对象，对其相关数据进行整理分析，通过对其供应链风险预警模型的研究，确定企业的风险等级，并提出合理的解决办法。

问卷调查法。中小食品企业供应链风险因素较多，通过查阅相关文献归纳出供应链风险因素，在此基础上设计调查问卷，根据回收的问卷，筛选出重要的风险因素构建中小食品企业供应链风险预警指标体系。

（2）分析

研究方法版块是将论文所用到的方法进行阐述，除了上述方法外，还有以下介绍的部分方法：

调查法。该方法是有目的、有系统的搜集有关研究对象的具体信息，属于实证分析方法。调查法的过程主要是在自然的过程中通过访问、调查会议以及问卷等方式搜集反应研究现象的材料。

比较分析法。该方法又称为对比分析法、指标对比法，它根据客观事物之间的相互关系和发展变化，通过同一数据的比较从而对目标进行评价。

模拟法。该方法依据相似原理，先设计出与某自然现象或者过程相似的模型，然后通过模型间接地研究原型的规律性的试验方法。

功能分析法。该方法又称为结构功能分析法，并被广泛应用在语言学和社会学等领域。它依据对社会现象功能的分析研究去解释说明各种社会现象。
