When the company become very big, then the company voice could be diversified, no problem. 当公司的规模做到很大之后， 那时候可以存在多种声音，没关系！

But at the startup, only can have one voice. Remember that one leader, one voice for the startup. That’s it. 但是在创业初期，只能存在一种声音！ 记住，在创业阶段， 只能是：一个领袖，一种声音！就这么干！
